I can't see any potential security impact from this - yes it will now do
another round of asking for passwords but 9 tries doesn't really help
(from an attacker point-of-view) any more than 6 tries assuming this is
a long passphrase - so consider this an ACK from the security team.

I downloaded the latest ISO from Ubuntu official website and created my
bootable USB to install the latest 20.04 version.
The crash happened towards the end of installation, 80% in progress.
My PC specs:
AMD Ryzen X3700

I took a look at those bugs and I'm not sure they are exact duplicates,
it's not clear if https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1888598 is describing
a disappearance of the option to select the HDMI audio output,
The problem is at a deeper level than pulseaudio. Removing it is generally a
bad idea. If you need to reset the users settings:

I have nvidia video card, connected to HDMI TV which outputs sound.
I think the sound will not work sometimes after boot up, sometimes it
does work.
