package upgrade should replace
Yes. I can confirm that the package ca-certificates 20210119~20.10.1,
make possible to restore nuget packages using "nuget restore". Although
invoking the dotnet cli, like doing "dotnet restore" yields the same
certificate error. Is it possible to solve this certificate issue once
and for all?

Odd. I can see that the package ca-certificates 20210119~20.10.1 is installed
on my ubuntu 20.10, but I still can't restore my nuget packages. I'm getting
the following error message:
error NU3028: Package 'Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration 3.1.10' from source

Sorry, this is going to be a very bad report. Here's what I did:
- installed gufw and enabled it, no rules, just default incoming=deny
outgoing=accept
- rebooted
- Ethernet says it connected
- no network access; ping 1.1.1.1 fails
- launch gufw, and it says it's disabled
All autopkgtests for the newly accepted software-properties (0.99.3.1) for
groovy have finished running.
The following regressions have been reported in tests triggered by the package:
software-properties/0.99.3.1 (armhf)

At all applications the menu bar is empty until I go in at Settings and
change and change back (now in Swedish)Utseende>Beteende>Visa ett
fönsters menyer and I just change once between alternatives and change
back. After that I log out and log in again and it will be normal.

A quick test has been done by compiling an assembler file which makes use of
vector alignment hints for target z13 (the file was derived from the GCC
testsuite s390/vector/align-1.c). The test was successful
No, GeoTrust Global CA is no longer to be used and has been removed from
the CA list as requested by DigiCert.

Will this issue also be fixed in Focal?
It's currently not possible to connect to Apple Push servers in Ubuntu
20.04 due to the removal of the GeoTrust Global Root which Apple returns
in their certificate chain from api.push.apple.com.
