I think it's a bug, because all laptops I've ever seen show "fully
charged" instead of "not charging" when they hit 100% of the battery.
And there's some other strange behavior, like the Gnome indicator
eventually being stuck at "Estimating" and, sometimes, if you disconnect
the power plug while at
The system is up to date, so I think I have the updates installed. The
content of /sys/class/power_supply/BAT0/status is "Not charging".
