Public bug reported:
Xorg server crashes on Dell Vostro V3750 notebook (integrated Intel GPU
+ Nvidia GeForce GT 525M) after upgrading xserver-xorg-core to
2:21.1.3-2ubuntu2.4.
After some testing we determined that the crash is caused by a patch re-
calculate-the-clock-and-refresh-rate.diff
Also tested several mainline builds from
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/:
v4.4.128 (4.4.0-127-generic) – sound works.
v4.4.134 (4.4.0-130-generic) – sound works.
v4.4.137 – sound works.
** Also affects: linux (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New

Public bug reported:
More often than not, after suspend I find Network Manager reporting
"device not ready" for wireless. No amount of Enabling / Disabling Wi-Fi
or Networking fixes it, only complete system restart.

Public bug reported:
Usually after suspend, but I think it happened even after restart. It
just shows one random network (probably from detected networks in the
past), that network is actually not available and it does not connect to
any other network.
