This bug persists in 16.10 on a December 2016 spec XP Spectre x360. Uncommenting or commenting HandleLidSwitch=suspend HandleLidSwitchDocked=ignore have no effect. Should a separate bug be raised for 16.10? Or is it implied that it will be looked at during the lifecycle of 16.10 and backported
