It seems to be only partially fixed also for the Norwegian keyboard layout. For the Norwegian keyboard layout everything works in the Xapps (both special glyphs like @$£[]... and accented characters like àáêëñ...). In the Ubuntu touch apps, only special glyphs work, but not accented characters.
