Hmm, I spoke too fast. CanHibernate results initially in "yes" but hibernation actually fails and results in a locked screen. After unlock, second (failed) attempt to hibernate, second unlock, the hibernate button now disappears and $ busctl call org.freedesktop.login1 /org/freedesktop/login1
