I'm trying to figure out which Gstreamer plugin to use, to play the old
demo-scene S3M file. Then I remembered that Totem used to have this
auto-installation feature. Sadly, it's not working anymore:

Oh damn. Apparently Evince remembered some creepy settings in its print-
settings file, which caused the printer to go crazy. Removing
~/.config/evince/print-settings fixed the issue for me.

iP7200 series - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.11 , however printing of the test

Thank you for letting me know. I am aware of bug #1525285 and I tried to
run gst-inspect-1.0 in my old unity7/Xorg session. The command ran
successfully and produced a lot of output; yet the Mir session still

I tried to disable 0x1a first, but then the line out stopped working entirely.
I have therefore enabled 0x1a and disabled 0x15, things are working so far.

After Ubuntu boots, randomly (say with 25% probability) the Headphone
alsamixer setting will be muted and set to 0 on my notebook. The
notebook will not play any sounds on headphones, only through the
notebook speakers when headphones are disconnected. I then have to

notebook from the docking station, then connected, and finally
disconnected the D-SUB vga connector. I should have the newest bios

pressed "Print Screen" key, to capture the entire screen. The screen

not start. Weird is that unity starts for other users, it just won't
