Hi, I am also trying to get internal speakers to work on Dell OptiPlex
GX620 (model no.: DCCY). External speakers work, however internal
speakers are not even listed in PulseAudio Volume Control (and there is
no sound). The internal speakers worked on previous OS (Windows XP).

it is unlikely fix in alsa driver as pulseaudio expect jack detection

since master is used by line out jack
