here is output of running
journalctl -b -u whoopsie
journalctl -b -u apport-autoreport
on Ubuntu 20.10
which has same 100% used by systemd

I am seeing this issue on multiple different laptops
which I upgraded in past 24 hours from Ubuntu 20.04 to 20.10
