When the laptop starts then i can not turn bluetooth on, it remains off.
To make bluetooth work i need to disable wifi and bluetooth hardware for
a few minutes then enable it. 90 percent time it works. if this didn't
start the service then enabling and disabling airplane mode
I should mention that bluetooth was working on 20.04 and 20.10 but after
upgrade to 21.04 it doesn't work anymore.

Whenever I play audio, I head a loud hiss from my headphones. The hiss
stops after a few seconds if I pause the audio, but starts again when I
start it.
The hiss goes away if I open 'alsamixer' and increase 'Headphone Mic
Boost', but I'm not sure if this is expected behaviour

The openssl build for arm64 doesn't compile in the assembly that is
present in openssl as of version 1.0.2 for aarch64 because the debian-
targets.patch that is applied specifies a target that doesn't have
assembly. The line at issue is debian-arm64 target which needs ${no_asm
I just ran into this as well. Interestingly the only package I can find
that has the issue is systemd. It looks like systemd was linked with
gold and nothing else I have installed is.
This issues was fixed in upstream bin-utils by the following change:

1. open multiple windows;
2. open Window Spread/Scale (Super+W);
3. search for a window and select it;
4. now switch to another window without using Window Spread again;
5. try to maximize/unmaximize window.
You will see the maximized window is expanded
You can fix it manually by editing the file gtk-widgets-assets.css on
/usr/share/themes/Radiance/gtk-3.0/
Find the line (#421): .menu .radio:active {
which is followed by a line including url("assets/radio-menuitem.png")
It should be ".menu .radio:active:hover" (without quotes). That's it.
