Dear Alberto, well I don't think this is a debian bug and I tell you why. I've made a quick check and made preseed installations of both, the latest debian release (Jessie 8.6) and the latest Ubuntu LTS (16.04.1). Debian finished just fine and the repository was properly installed during install
