sim contact importation does not work on ubuntu v 23
my phone is an aquaris 4.5 under ubuntu version 23 / 20150611.3 / 15.04 armhf

the os description is krilin01a_s15a_bq_l100en_2023_150611
ihave try to plug the sim card into slot 0 or slot 1 : the result is the
same (no acces to contact into sim card)
i have try your commande
this behaviour is still present into ubuntu phone BQ #21

i have check from the terminal into the ubuntu phone and the phone does
not see anythings :(
simultaneously i have run the same command on my pc portable under debian then
i can see
hcitool -i hci0 scan
Scanning ...

the bluetooth activation seem to be OK but no device were listed on the
BQ aquaris ubuntu phone :(
the test have been done with different bluetooth headset with the same
result : no device detected by the phone.
