Hi again. I could only fixed this issue by usign ffado + jack +
pulseaudio and not using alsa, so I don't think it is related to
pulseaudio, but I can of course open an issue on there too.

Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to alsa-driver in Ubuntu.
I narrowed down the problem I believe. I opened a sine wave audio file
from 0hz to 20khz and clicking gets louder when frequency gets higher.
It is not audible below 600hz, and strongest at 20khz. Btw clicking
speed is not changing.

After upgrading to 20.04, when audio source output is above average,
there are rhythmic clicking sounds. The audio quailty is also bad
compared to 19.10 and there are random low hissing and noises.
