Public bug reported: I recently upgraded isc-dhcp-server to version 4.2.4-7ubuntu12.4 in ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS . The init script shows it is stopping the service, root@## /etc/init.d/isc-dhcp-server stop * Stopping ISC DHCP server dhcpd But the process still runs and is listening on udp port.
