Nazar, you're right: I've installed them manually downloading and running dpkg.
Nevertheless, I think that the fact that package metainfo doesn't contain all
it's requirements is a bug and should be fixed.
May be it's worth trying kernels newer than my 3.2?

mesa stack ignoring some possible linux kernel requirements. No surprise
that it doesn't work for you.

I do not think anyone will care about packages from Trusty/Xenial not
working in Precise. They are not expected to work, so upgrade to newer
LTS release if you want newer Mesa.

Доброго времени суток!
Обнаружил, что при насильственной установке libglapi-mesa и libgl1-mesa-glx
версий 10.1.0-4ubuntu5 (от Trusty) и выше (от Xenial) в Precise перестаёт
запускаться Unity версии 5.20.0-0ubuntu3
По-хорошему, надо бы поколупаться с промежуточными версиями пакетов
