If someone opens a page with target="_blank" this will open a new tab,
but the browser doesn't show or tell the user that it will open a new
tab.

- Open a new empty tab
- opening a link with target=_blank
- opening a link in a new tab with "Open link in new tab" option
In all cases, the new page will slide from the top. Please refer to this video
