build 189
need to wipe your device
launch gallery (note, no Pictures/camera subdir exists yet
launch camera
take some pictures
go to gallery

Expected results:
pictures taken should show up in gallery

Actual results:
pictures don't show up in gallery until you kill it and restart. After you do 
that once it works from then on. 

I believe the problem is the ~/Pictures/camera sudirectory does not
exist when gallery is started, so it doesn't monitor it. Gallery should
be fixed to monitor newly created directories and dynamically add
pictures when they are added to the subdirectories
