Joined this bug thread, then found the cause of the problem -- in my
case at least.
The connection from PC through AVR to TV was marginal (due to cable
length, one coupling connector, cable quality, routing, etc.). The

I have the same problem about a month ago.
I always went very well the audio but no longer know what to do ...
I did everything.
This is the error displayed with dmesg me.

Similar Problem for me. Sporadic audio jumps happen when those messages
occur.

does your amd r6xx hdmi support multi channel LPCM?
the speaket allocation of your hdmi tv is not really needed if you hdmi
codec only support stereo
