** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 1302491 when autlogin with a timeout is used, it should be reapplied when the user logs out. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to lightdm in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1375392 Title: when autlogin with a timeout is used, it should be reapplied when the user logs out. Status in “lightdm” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: When lightdm is setup with an autologin (eg autologin-user=xxx and autologin-user-timeout=nn) and the user logs out, it should log back in (unless the user logs into a different user before the timeout expires). This should happen *every* time the user logs out. The current incarnation of lightdm under 14.04.1 (1.10.2) only autologins the first time after boot. This is wrong. See https://bugs.launchpad.net/lightdm/+bug/1302491 for the fix applied to lightdm 1.11.
