Title:
TextField isn't rendering correctly
FYI, I can confirm the device and emulator matched the style of
textfields on the desktop last time I uploaded the app, which was on
August 13th, so something changed since then.

Those textfields are read-only. I think it is intentional (as requested
by design), that these textfields don't look like textfields any more.
