Public bug reported:

Krillin reports that the front camera supports video recording at
640x480 as returned by the call to getSupportedVideoSizes() [1] but when
recording at that resolution the output video looks stretched. The
output video is indeed a 640x480 video but the content looks like it was
recorded at 854x480 and then downscaled to 640x480. See the attached
example video.
