CUPS, so that it gets into Vivid with te next sync of a Debian package
release.

/etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.cupsd should have this line:
profile third_party {
changed to:
profile third_party flags=(attach_disconnected) {
Once that is done, then the fix for bug #1413232 will need to be applied
to apparmor for this to be fixed.
