Hey Chris, we have a little more detail on ResultTtl under the
"Deployment" section of our API doc:

("ResultTtl determines how long results should be cached...")
Currently these values are set (in unity-scopes-shell) to:

Is there any documentation on what ResultsTtlType actually does? All
I've been able to find is that it can be none small medium or large, but
no indication of what any of those actually mean..

A solution to this could be to set:
ResultsTtlType = Large
in the today scope ini file.
This will cause the scope results to become invalid (and therefore
refreshed) after an hour or so since it was last requested and the user
looks at the scope.
