There is a difference in how wifi is enabled and disabled on the MX4
and BQ phones which use the MTK wifi driver. The driver doesn't support
the proper rfkill interface so it is opened and closed instead. This
correlates to when the audio playback is interrupted.

when toggling the airplane mode or when toggling WiFi in the System settings.
However, toggling Bluetooth does not affect the music playback.

Whenever urfkill tries to on/off wifi, mtk_wmtd occupies CPU a lot and makes
hickup on audio.
For testing, setprop urfkill.hybris.wlan 0 and pkill urfkilld wouldn't
invoke mtk_wmtd and no hickup any more.
