I agree 100%. I'm testing Ubuntu touch on a Nexus 4, which is similar
in size to my iPhone 6, and with no way to adjust the font size for the
device, it is very difficult to read most of the text in different
applications.
I would also (as a low vision user) like to see this raised in priority.

Hi I need to enlarge the font size on the various bars [toolbar etc] of
FIREFOX. No problems with the font size displayed inside the windows.
