Unfortunately this is not a UX issue, since all wireframes and specifications 
were provided.
Please please check the right project here https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Avengers 
before assigning it to a project. The design/UX team can not do much about 
technical issues.

  Reproduce Steps:

  1,Initiate a call with contact A
  2,Once on live call screen, initiate another call to contact B by adding it 
to existing call.

  Expect Result:
   
  The contact B can conversation to the receiver normally 

  Actual Result:

  The contact B can't hear receiver voice
