missing 5 GHz band selection related cherry-pick from Debian that was not
included in wpa 2.4 (LP:
Debdiff to add the patch (no up-to-date bzr packaging branch available).
Also testable (or copyable to archives) from ppa:timo-jyrinki/ppa
(https://launchpad.net/~timo-jyrinki/+archive/ubuntu/ppa)
** Patch added: "debdiff_wpa_5ghz_fix.patch"
