This isn't a problem with bluez or the bluetooth stack. There is work in
progress to select the right keyboard layout as this isn't working no
matter through which technology the keyboard is connected with.

I've bought an amazing RII Bluetooth mini Keyboard/Touchpad AZERTY and can't
use it. Please, can you take this bug in account ?
I also agree with eDeviser assesment about the place where the choice should be
available.

Just remember, there are serveral users, who are using their system with
diffrent language settings for the Display Language and the Keyboard
Character Map. For example I am using my UbuntuPhone with english
Display Language but I have a german Keyboard (qwertz). I. e. simply
choosing the
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.
