Joshua just finally cleaned and handled a lot of bugs that were missed to have
taken care of - thank you for that.
That said if you come by hundreds of similar issues sometimes answers become
rather short.

This looks like a local configuration problem, rather than a bug in
Ubuntu. Per the logs it appears that the package is reported to be in an
inconsistent state. The way to resolve this is to reinstall the package
and get it back to a normal state.
You can find pointers
>From log:
dpkg: error processing package openssh-client (--configure):
package is in a very bad inconsistent state; you should
reinstall it before attempting configuration
