Yes, this is with the 18.10 final release. I'm unable to provide confirmation/diagnostics as the behavior is worse than with 18.04/04.1. With persistence enabled I can sometimes initially get to a desktop which has a moving mouse pointer but is unresponsive. It will at some point black-screen
