Public bug reported: Due to following bug in binutils - gnu assembler compiled code optimised for AVX512 will not work correctly.
binutils: Bug 23465 - wrongly scale non-8-bit x86 displacements https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=23465 it is fixed in binutils 2.31 but bug exist in 2.30 which is release used in xenial.
