I just managed to reproduce the crash locally. Just before the crash,
the following lines are printed to stderr:
(AppImageLauncherSettings:27871): Gtk-WARNING **: 21:45:01.935: Could not load
a pixbuf from icon theme.
This may indicate that pixbuf loaders or the mime database could not be found.
