Backport GetFB2 ioctl, re-enable CCS compression for intel
Hmm, realized that since this happens on intel gen9 only and with i965
dri driver, it doesn't affect focal anymore since it uses iris dri
driver by default. So the patch to disable CCS compression could just be
dropped anyway.
