Public bug reported: Presumably mouse and keyboard (both uhci/ehci connected) lose power when system suspends (LEDs are off), and so they are unable to wake the system up despite `cat /sys/bus/usb/devices/$bus-$port/power/wakeup` returning `enabled` (by default)
Expected results: The system wakes up from suspension by clicking a mouse button or pressing a keyboard key. Actual results: The system doesn't respond to keyboard/mouse, only to its power button. The peripherals seem to have lost power, as LEDs are off even after pressing buttons/keys.
