Yes, it said somewhere after the error that ibus-hangul is not
installed.

Upgrade was successful but there were problems in the rtupdate like:
Exception: cannot get content of ibus-hangul
so had to:
cd /usr/share/python3/runtime.d
sudo mkdir temp
sudo mv ibus-hangul.rtupdate temp
Had to move all of those those .rtupdate that said cannot get content
of. Then dpkg --co
