This is the expected behavior on stable releases. On stable releases, reporting crashes to Launchpad is disabled. The crashes will be submitted to the error tracker (see https://errors.ubuntu.com/) instead. That's why no browser window will open. For jammy apport 2.20.11-0ubuntu81 says: "etc/appor
