*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 2065870 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2065870 This has been due to not matching on the permanent MAC address, therefore the virtual MAC address of vlans would match the ethernet configuration and apply the IP address. See bug 2065870 Fixed as of 1.1.1
