I tried this on the 3.16.0-9.14 and 3.16.0-16.22 distro kernels. The 'docker
run' command succeeds. If I do this:
$ sudo docker run -i -t ubuntu:trusty /bin/sh
I can verify the container is launched under confinement he
Adding the following to /etc/apparmor.d/docker does not help:

I agree that it makes more sense to do it in the unity8 server.
However, the screencast plumbing cannot be used as is as qtmir
implements Compositor not DisplayBufferCompositor. The screenshots
obtained would be recomposed using our default compositor which wouldn't
match qtmir compositor output.

When I dual boot from Android 4.4.4 to Ubuntu Touch latest RTM build
#41, and with the Utopic builds, most of the times the SIM card is not
detected.
To enable SIM card, I have to Toggle the Aeroplane mode to get the SIM
card working. There are certain times when this fails

This has been reported on the ubuntu-phone mailing list recently too.
I've seen it myself once during urfkill testing, however I was
restarting lots of things, so it's not really a fair comparison.
Note, if the enter-pin script works, then ofono is in a PIN-locked
state.
