Public bug reported: Recover system by press and release reset switch. Log in again. Had these issues with Ubuntu 18.04. Updated to Nvidia drivers and issues resolved. Updated to 20.04.1 and issues have returned. Checked and see that Nvidia drivers newer than those packaged for use.
