Thanks for the response. I was thinking, if I split the repo into 2, having {archive} being revs 0:8,000 and {head} being revs 8,000:HEAD, could I have Trac use both repositories and maintain the data that has already been put into it? Essentially telling Trac that revision 1 of the {head} repo is
