Users have the ability to reopen tickets but I did not give them that permission. Users have: Ticket_Append Ticket_View Ticket_Create I did not give them Ticket_ChgProp or Ticket_Modify and user still have permissions to reopen a ticket. Any suggestions? I do not want my users to have the abili
