issue. I have great
admiration for trac as a free and open source product, and would not
seek to lobby for any change unless a patch was provided. But in this
case a patch has been available for six years, and I don't understand
who is benefiting from its non-inclusion.

The Edgewall site looks fine to me, but just so you know you're not
hallucinating, I have seen exactly this problem before with other sites. In
all cases I was behind a poorly-configured corporate firewall at the time.
