Ahh, what I was playing with isn't right. It was found somewhere else on my drive. I think I've got it now, there are all kinds of settings in it. When I make changes to this file, nothing happens either. I'm just trying to turn off highlighting of missing pages, which according to the TracIni page on the wiki, is available since 0.9 (i'm running 0.10).
