The text of the newsletter is now final. No new items have been added
since yesterday. There won't be any more changes; you can translate
safely.

This is the last issue of 2020, as Tech News will go in hiatus over
the holidays when no new deployments will come. Thank you, everyone,
for being part of creating the newsletter. It is, as always, important
and appreciated, and your work not only makes sure the Wikimedia
contributors can read about the technical news that will affect their
work in a language they understand, but also makes the English text
better with your questions, corrections and copy editing.
