Sounds like the kernel module didn't compile. Try installing virtualbox-dkms
pacakge. Additionally running "sudo /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup" in a terminal
should work too. If the module fails to compile you may need a -generic
kernel with headers; and if all else fails you might want to try QE
