"Updated isos are supposed to be released every 6 months"
I'm not sure where that came from. AFAIK, Trisquel has no specific release
date, instread doing it "when it's ready." Seems like a good date for 6.0.1
as well as 7.
I guess in relation to Trisquel ummmwho knows what you can learn from or
port to?
It's also cute in that it's home page is untrusted by abrowser lol. What type
of fun are you Paraballas having?

Does this erase my Identity of Hurd at all?

Is there any estimated release date? Updated isos are supposed to be released
every 6 months, and it's been over a year now.
What happens when you run "sudo apt-get purge openjdk*"?
Hi all,
It seems to me that it is impossible to delete java in Trisquel ( or Linux
Mint). Everytime i try to remove eg openjdk i get a message that some
packegets will be removed and others installed. So when i remove openjdk 7,
it will install openjdk 6.

Did I say it was? No. It's good to be clear on where problems come from and
not mis-attribute them. Not saying you did but this commonly comes up in
discussions about Trisquel being based on Ubuntu.
The 6.0.1 iso still isn't the one on the download page because it's not
released yet.
And this is why this issue is very urgent:

You say a community user is often told to "fix it himself". Sounds like you

It works fine, however being so small, signal strength is not the greatest.

Personally I do not recommend using the rtl8187 supported cards, which may

Most of these cheap bluetooth adapters are garbage. I'd be very cautious of
them. The percentage of people having problems is significant and the
distance (how far away you can get) is also a concern. Many of them also use
counterfeit chips which is another issue. An example of a problem that

Some adapters are better than others, but the issues people are having are
frequently not the adapters problem.
If your having problems there may be other reasons for it. Personally I'd
recommend the 8187B chipset. It's an older chipset, but works with
problematic systems. The only issue I've seen is that these systems also tend
to kill off the USB devices attached over time.
The AR5B22 is not a free software friendly card and I'd highly discourage it.
We have lots of people streaming 1080p video with the TPE-N150USB. It's
definitely not an issue with the adapter/firmware/etc. It may be a defect in
the particular adapter you received or a similar type of issue rel
