If you encrypted your swap (did you?), it is normal you cannot hibernate.
Same thing if your swap file/partition is too small. In both cases, this
command would tell:
$ swapon -s
I have not checked but that I very much doubt "hplip" ever contacts HP sites.
Also , the Trisquel project would consider the silent installation of blobs
a critical bug.
Choice is always a good thing. Plus, that's only 4.11. Plus, not everyone

My point remains: One of the reasons that my APT repo exists is for people to

I also recall that I have checked the hp-list that Chris refers to in that
other printer-thread. I'll probably have to double check...
And to clarify: If I can use my printer with my Trisquel computer using only
Trisquel repos, hp isn't going to install blobs on my machine?
The possible keyboards of libreboot are easily discovered: Download a zipfile
containing the roms specific to your comnputer at:

Unzip it and see the possible roms - the name reveals if it is qwerty, dvorak

I'm not sure what you mean by 'end-to-end', but the mail provider can't offer
sender-to-receiver encryption. E-mail simply wasn't built with that in mind,

Strangely though, after I installed gnupg2, Icedove worked with Enigmail.

Any recommendations on a photo/video gallery to host images and videos that I

yes but you don't have the choice of the DE (i tested the Netinstall iso this

For the moment anyhow, so you still have to install Mate (default) then add

You can safely wait with Trisquel 7 till the distribution upgrade will be

I'm still undecided on what email provider to move to. I guess there's
nothing out there that hits all the targets:

@Mangy Dog: tasksel is present 8 alpha?
On live USB systems *with enough persistent storage* (an option with the
"Startup Disk Creator" in the "System Settings"), additions of packages
stick... if I remember well (can someone confirm/infirm?). It is worth
noticing the short life-expectancy of USB keys that are used in that way:
I do not think it has anything to do with broken packages. It looks like a
bug: Enigmail's package in Trisquel 7's repository should depend on
"thunderbird or seamonkey or icedove" but the "or icedove" part is missing
and the repository has neither "thunderbird" nor "seamonkey".
