Thanks for letting me in on these technical aspects.
Tor browser opens in a quite small window, which may (?) be good to cover
users with low resolution screens. It would be nice to have a fixed browser
resolution which is a bit larger.
Hopefully someone with technical skills to do so sees
one annoying issue
In my experience, freedom doesn't come without annoying issues
You'd like to look for machines that's run under Libreboot+EFI whose
processor arch is amd64, that's true practice what's free software. I've also
been looking for them at https://technoetic.com. :)
https://parabola.nu/packages/linux-libre
https://linux-libre.fsfla.org
https://hyperbola.info/packages/linux-libre-lts
There is also a Trisquel mini installation ISO. That installs LXDE for you
instead of MATE. :)
Another free software wiki after ParabolaWiki, GNU websites, FSF directories,
Respect Your Freedom, NoRDM. Great. :)
> Nice to see you here Alimiracle. How's progress on the next version of
Uruk?
We are working on the 2.1 version
> Any word on when Uruk will be added to the FSF list of endorsed distros?
I don't know.
fsf so Slow
As a UNIX daemon working quietly in the background, we still here working in
the project and making a new magic tools using freedom spells and the last
result of this spells in uruk wiki !
uruk wiki is a wiki for uruk project and free software community
uruk wiki came with some features like
HD 630 does work fine on Trisquel 8 with its default kernel, which does not
include proprietary firmware. I know: I use it all day long.
the eoma68 laptop might be a good idea, but it won't be out till november I
believe We shall see if it is as good as is hoped. ;)
I have only had one annoying issue, but I suspect it was an uncommon error:
That I got charged twice and the payment was only corrected, the next day.
Weird indeed, but for the most part, Liberapay is a very, very good idea.
I know there are 'good' reasons for the Trisquel project to use PayPal, but
it just seems so inappropriate, considering the idealism behind the project
(cough cough freedom cough cough).
I just wrote an email to Ruben, addressing my concern on this matter and
suggesting to use Liberapay.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I won't buy any Intel hardware.
Built a new workstation, a few weeks before they went public with the
vulnerabilities.
I would rather literally burn my money, before I spend it on Intel hardware
ever again.
Well I might buy another X200 and
You forgot about importing the key.

You can also scribble on pdfs using xournal.
I do have some suggestions if you need the graphics performance.
4th or 5th generation Core processors' graphics still require no proprietary
blobs. So search for such a processor with Iris (Pro) graphics. For example,
my gaming notebook uses an i7-4750HQ with Iris Pro 5200, and I Plan to
OK everyone!
I've updated it on the documentation. Could someone overview and improve, and
if OK, a translation?
> Any Intel HD Graphics starting Skylake (6th generation intelligent Core

That was my state of knowledge, until Magic Banana said it works just fine on
Trisquel 8.
I ran into several problems without the non-free firmware on Debian 9
Any Intel HD Graphics starting Skylake (6th generation intelligent Core
processor) require non-free firmware, so does HD630.
Interesting topic. Thanks for bringing it up, GNUbahn.
IIRC, the Tor Browser does indeed notify the user when resizing the window
from the default size it launches at, whether by maximizing or resizing it
manually.
This warning stems from the fact that websites can determine the users'
