Well, good news: The battery died so I did an unintentional reboot and it
works now. So I can wait patiently for 2362 after all.

The folks who maintain Anki (https://apps.ankiweb.net/), the flash card
program, just announced that on 1/1/2020, version 2.0 will no long be able to
synchronize with their cloud, which is too bad. I use this program/app on
several devices and update my cards daily.
